AGREEMENTS VRIJERLIJF
These agreements state what you can expect from me (Monique van der Vleuten) and Vrijerlijf, and what I expect from you as client.
In order to be able to tailor the session to you, we start with a preliminary interview. The first time you visit me, it will be a bit more extensive. I ask for your personal data, and inquire about your health, among other things. I also inquire about your background and your motivation to visit my practice. Of course, you are not obliged to answer questions. However, it is good to realize that it is important for me as a bodyworker to be aware of relevant information.
Before the actual session starts, we discuss what we are going to do. Because my treatments are intuitive and energetic, I work with what presents itself. As a result, a session can always go differently than expected. Sessions last an average of 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
The sessions I give are not 'normal' massages. Deep, old memories, patterns and emotions may surface. You can also feel different physically and energetically, both during and after the session, and sometimes even uncomfortable. I will inform you about this as best I can. If you are nevertheless surprised or concerned about the effects, you can always contact me. Dearmouring sessions in particular have an effect on deeper layers of consciousness and subconscious. The sessions can be confrontational. By undergoing a dearmouring session, you take responsibility for the experiences and their effects.
You can expect a safe and respectful setting from me, in which your process can fully unfold. I work with integrity and care, and regularly tune in with you. You can always indicate your boundaries and of course I will respect them at all times. Conversely, I will also indicate and guard my own boundaries, and I expect you to respect them.
You can expect a professional and careful way of working from me. I followed body-oriented training and education at Dearmouring Arts, the Gaiamethod and the Temple of Tantric Arts, among others. I continue to develop and maintain my knowledge and skills as a bodyworker.
However, I do not make diagnoses and do not give medical, psychological, emotional or energetic guarantees. The effect of the treatments can be different for everyone. In that sense, I am making an effort, not a result. If necessary, I will refer you to a doctor, medical specialist, or (psycho)therapist.
I am not liable for material or immaterial damage, or for (medical) complications that may occur during or after sessions in my practice, insofar as they are not due to a serious attributable shortcoming on my part. I am also in no way liable for any consequential damages.
PAYMENT
The sessions are paid in cash or by payment request. Trajectories of multiple sessions will be charged at the first session and must be paid within 14 days, unless we make another agreement with each other.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule at a shorter notice, I will charge an amount of € 60, unless there is force majeure. I hope you will understand this.
PRIVACY DECLARATION
In order to be able to guide and treat you properly and carefully, I will create a file in which I will keep information about you. Your file contains personal data (such as name, address, postal code, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number), notes about personal circumstances and health, and notes about the conversations and treatments conducted.
I keep the information about you secret, unless I can not on the basis of a legal obligation.
I also do my utmost to guarantee your privacy. This means that I handle the personal and medical information provided to me with care. And I make sure that unauthorized persons do not have access to this data.
If third parties request information from your file, I will only provide it with your explicit permission. In the case of peer review, I use anonymized data.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
I am taking every effort to treat you in the best possible way as a client. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the way I treat you or how I have treated you, I invite you to discuss this with me. We can talk how to resolve your dissatisfaction.
If you do not want or cannot discuss the complaint with me, or if you want independent support in this regard, you can contact Klachtenportaal Zorg (portal for Healthcare Complaints). Klachtenportaal Zorg is an external organization that I am affiliated with to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints about my healthcare.
